The lights are up in the Quarter. They’ve gone for a jewellery theme this year. Clever little animated dots of light that seem to give no indication that they are meant to represent Christmas at all.
Is this a clever marketing ploy giving subliminal messages to visitors to push them to spend more or have they completely missed the point of Christmas?
